The Inverted Warehouse
Major Retailer · 165,000 sqm Distribution Centre
4,000 workers. Massive inefficiency. Nobody could see the pattern. We built a digital twin, ran evolutionary neural network simulations, and discovered the entire warehouse layout was inverted -- products stored in the wrong locations.
10% efficiency gain from layout correction. +6% from slotting optimization. Across 4,000 workers.

A global challenge in AI-powered sales intelligence that no one could solve. Teams across multiple countries had tried and failed. We built and deployed a working solution in two weeks.
